Golf Fitness Evaluation
“If I could give just one piece of advice to golfers of all levels, it’s to be physically assessed by a competent professional. A well-trained professional can identify key areas of weakness or imbalance and develop a highly effective exercise or rehabilitation program. It’s no guarantee that you’ll remain injury free, as the golf swing puts incredible forces on the body, but it puts the odds in your favor.” – Dr. Greg Rose, Titleist Performance Institute

“In the golf fitness evaluation we learn what your body can and cannot do in relation to what is required of a mechanically correct golf swing. Then I put together an exercise program to improve movement efficiency so that you have physical potential to play golf better!” -Brett The Golf Guy
The level 1 screen was developed for golf professionals to identify any physical limitations that might be effecting their golf swing. The level 1 screen looks at flexibility, mobility and stability as it relates to the golf swing.
The Level 2 screen looks at strength, power, speed and cardiovascular efficiency. Measuring these 4 components will help to determine if that player has adequate strength, for their body size, to hit the golf ball and how far. The complete fitness evaluation consists of a detailed report outlining the results of the physical screen and how it relates to current injury complaints as well as performance frustrations. The results are made available to the client, golf professional and medical professionals upon request. The completed Golf Fitness Assessment gives me all the information needed to build a customized golf fitness training program that will reduce your risk of injury and optimize performance. Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching
Stretching, lifting weights and doing cardio is imperative to any fitness regime. But without proper nutrition, rest and recovery strategies your efforts will fall short. Eating correctly to look good and feel great is a simple strategy that’s easy to get wrong without the right advice.
The secret to sustaining success even after you achieve your fitness targets is to live a lifestyle that doesn’t make you feel like you’re on a diet. Learning about healthy and nutritious eating alongside what you’re doing in the gym will change your life for the better in order to increase your energy levels, improve your metabolism, and even reduce the risk of certain medical conditions such as diabetes. A trained professional will teach you the ins and out of eating well, show you how to keep a food diary, and constantly assess your current eating plan so that you’re always headed in the right direction – you’ll feel as good as you possibly can. On top of that, any and all questions you have can and will be answered, leaving no room to confusion, and keeping you on the correct path. You will receive actionable, step-by-step advice on how you can achieve your health & fitness goals in record time. Adding a nutrition & lifestyle plan will help you achieve your goals even quicker and make you feel better than you ever have before!
